What did you think of this year's Emmys? Who made your best dressed list? While putting together my list of best dressed Emmy celebs, an odd feeling of deja vu swept over me. Where had I seen these trends before? Then it came to me - I just saw the same dress trends a few days before in DC at the Washingtonian Style Setters Party.
