This may be one of my last outfit posts for a while... I'm running out of things to wear, and I'm at the point where it doesn't make sense to buy anything else. I also won't bore you of images of me in sweatpants.

Once my baby comes, I'm going to see how it goes, but I suspect my wardrobe will make a transition into pj's and nursing tops. My husband doesn't think it will last long, but I'm not putting any pressure on myself. I just want to enjoy time with my baby while she's a baby. I can't wait!

A cape coat is a pregnant lady's best friend. I found this Zara cape in the back of my closet. I had completely forgotten about it as I'm having a hard time remembering a lot of things lately - pregnancy brain is real. The last time I remember wearing it was here. These days I'm just trying to stay warm and active. My baby will be here soon, and I can't wait!

I'm happily in my third trimester of pregnancy. Aside from getting used to having a huge belly, I feel great and am embracing the need to nap a lot again. To celebrate this pregnancy, my husband and I have made plans to dine out a lot this month - with just each other and with friends. It's also because we expect our opportunities and energy to go out will decline for a while once our baby gets here.

Since we normally cook at home, dining out is always a big treat for us. Here are some of the local restaurants that are on our "to-try" list and plan to eat at this month:

When available, we like to use OpenTable to make our dinner, brunch, and even lunch reservations. OpenTable makes going out to eat much easier, and it's especially great when the restaurants offer OpenTable points. We've redeemed these points for gift certificates to at any eligible OpenTable restaurant.

One night we probably won't go out to eat on is Valentine's Day (maybe a lunch), but I always find the service and food on that night rushed or forced. Getting take-out and watching a movie in bed sounds much more my speed.

Getting dressed is now more difficult to do on my own and takes a lot of time. I'm spending most of my time in sweat pants (even in public) but do still love the opportunity get dressed up. I found this "Solstice Cowl Dress" on clearance at Athleta. It's not maternity but is loose enough to squeeze my bump in to, and the side ruching gives more room for growth (even in the size small). This is a great dress for a "pregnant date night" with my husband. Blue is his favorite color.

Culottes are up there with crop tops as some of the most polarizing pieces of clothing. If you're not familiar with the culottes - they're the wide legged pant that falls anywhere from just past the need to just above the ankle. I love them and look forward to wearing more of them this spring. Since I'm shorter, most available culottes tend to fall closer to the ankle on me, but I would also wear them shorter with boot and I'm dying for a leather pair styled like this or this.

Winter storm Juno barely impacted DC. There was just enough snow to make the sidewalks slippery and force us to scrape a little snow off our windshield before driving but not enough to be pretty or force a fun snow day. Annoying...

The other annoying thing is that I forgot there is a crack in my wellies, and I can't seem to find anyone in town that can fix them. My feet have gotten a little bigger during this pregnancy, and so I've been hesitant to buy any new shoes until I know for sure that this new size will last. Just as I was about to stick some duck tape on my wellies and call it a day, I #FabFound these flat Nine West boots at Marshalls on clearance for $31. At that price, I don't feel bad about sizing up. They're comfortable and great in the snow.

As my husband and I count down for our baby's arrival, every weekend is now spent getting things ready for her and spending time together. I need to cut myself off from purchasing baby clothes, but how can I help myself when there's so much on sale and that is cute (see my recent purchases)! Her side of the closet is filling up quickly and is mostly pink which is strange to me since my favorite colors lately are black and white. I love that she's infusing our life with color and even inspiring my own outfits. How was your weekend?

Okay so maybe I'm exaggerating a little. I have two pairs of sweatpants and a few pairs of maternity pants I'm alternating with, but these Athleta Techie Sweat Ankle Pants are by far the most comfortable. They're not maternity. They're even a size small (not bragging). I'm just wearing the waist band really loose and under my bump. The "french terry" material is so unbelievably soft and comes in black and a dark brown too. Also, no, I didn't wear these heels that long. Waddling in heels isn't cute or comfortable, but the beauty of the modern sweat pant is that you can also wear them with cute sneakers. I want these.

This plaid top coat from 424 Fifth is the only coat that I can completely button\zip up right now. I believe it's a size 4 - for some reason the size tag is missing - which is my normal size. It's a very warm wool blend and is an oversized cut that works really well with baby bumps.

As you can see, my baby and belly are getting big! The extra weight is a lot of to carry, and I couldn't do it without the help of this belt. I wear it anytime I'm walking (except for in these pictures). If you're curious, I'll show it in a later post.

One of my favorite places to shop online is Fashion Bunker. It's an Australian site that carries brands like Finders Keepers and Cameo. I'm into EVERYTHING they sell and follow them religiously on Instagram. My baby woke me up very early one morning with kicks, and I just happen to see that Fashion Bunker was offering an additional 40% off their sale items. (I like to think this is why she woke me up.
