I'm typically not a huge fan of bubble skirts/dresses but this old basic from Zara is one of my favorite go-to's for hot summer days. Other bubbly options to keep you cool this summer - a lace bubble dress, a bubble mini skirt, and a glass of this. For summer nights out, I'm tempted to buy this black bubble mini skirt.
